FICO CREATIVE STUDIO

Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit ficocreative.com or contact FICO Creative Studio through the website.

1. Data controllers

For this website, the data controllers are Federico Fontana and Pietro Soresini, operating as FICO Creative Studio.

Address: Borgo delle Colonne 3, 43121 Parma (PR), Italy
Email: info@ficocreative.com

2. Data we process

When you browse the website, technical information may be processed automatically, including IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, date and time of access, and security or server logs.

When you use the Project Inquiry form, we process the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, project details, requested services, indicative budget and timing.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To operate, secure and maintain the website: legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.
  • To reply to enquiries and evaluate potential projects: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To manage an existing professional relationship: performance of a contract and related legal obligations.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal claims and prevent abuse: legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligations.

We do not currently use the website form for newsletters, behavioural advertising or profiling.

4. Service providers and recipients

Personal data may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf where necessary to run the website and manage enquiries. These may include Webflow for website hosting, CMS and form submissions; email and IT service providers; content-delivery networks used to serve website resources; and professional advisers where required.

Data may also be disclosed to public authorities when required by law.

5. International transfers

Some suppliers used to operate the website may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are based on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

6. Retention

Project enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months from the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed to manage an ongoing project, comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.

If a professional relationship is established, contractual, administrative and accounting information is retained for the periods required by applicable law. Technical and security logs are kept only for the period necessary for operation, security and troubleshooting, according to the relevant service provider’s retention settings and policies.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website currently uses only technical or strictly necessary technologies required for website operation, security and form functionality. We do not currently use advertising, profiling or non-essential analytics cookies under our control.

The website also loads certain technical resources from external providers, including Google Fonts and public content-delivery networks such as jsDelivr and UNPKG. When these resources are requested, the relevant provider may receive technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information. These resources are used to deliver fonts or website functionality, not by FICO Creative Studio for advertising or profiling.

Because no non-essential tracking technologies are currently used, a consent banner is not presently required for the site’s current configuration. If analytics, advertising pixels or other optional trackers are introduced, they will be blocked until consent is collected and this policy will be updated.

8. Social media links

The website contains links to external social platforms. No social-media tracking widget is intentionally embedded on the website. If you follow an external link, the destination platform processes data under its own privacy terms.

9. Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

To exercise your rights, contact info@ficocreative.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

10. Security and updates

We apply reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data. This policy may be updated when the website, service providers or processing activities change. The date shown at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
